What is your minimum order quantity for custom apparel?

Our minimum order quantity depends on the product type, fabric, customization method and design complexity. Share your requirements with us, and our team will recommend the most suitable production quantity.

Can I order a sample before bulk production?

Yes. We can produce a development or pre-production sample so you can review the fabric, fit, measurements, colours, printing, embroidery and overall quality before approving bulk production.

What information do I need to start an order?

You can send us your tech pack, reference images, sketches, size chart, fabric requirements, colourways, quantities and branding details. Our team can also assist you when a complete tech pack is not available.

Can you manufacture apparel with my brand name and logo?

Yes. We provide complete private-label and OEM/ODM manufacturing services, including custom labels, hang tags, embroidery, printing, packaging and other brand-specific details.

 

Which customization options do you offer?

We offer screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, sublimation, patches, appliqué, custom fabric colours, custom trims, woven labels, care labels, hang tags and branded packaging.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

How long does custom apparel production take?

Production time depends on the order quantity, product complexity, material availability and customization requirements. A confirmed production schedule is provided after sample approval and order confirmation.

When is payment required for my order?

Payment terms are confirmed before production begins. A deposit is generally required to secure materials and start manufacturing, with the remaining balance payable according to the agreed order terms.

Can I make changes after approving the sample?

Changes may be possible before bulk production starts. However, modifications made after material purchasing or production has begun may affect the cost and delivery timeline.

How do you maintain product quality?

Our quality-control team inspects materials, stitching, measurements, colours, printing, embroidery, labels and packaging throughout production. A final inspection is also completed before shipment.

 

Do you provide international shipping and order tracking?

Yes. We ship custom apparel orders internationally through trusted logistics partners. Shipping documents and tracking information are provided once the order has been dispatched.
